Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 165 (FBCMUD 165) has completed the revitalization of the Amenity Gathering Area adjacent to the Community Center. This project aims to cater to various interests and age groups within the community, promising a multipurpose space for gatherings, games, movie nights, and exercise.

The Amenity Gathering Area now has a synthetic lawn, designed to accommodate various activities and events; whether it's a friendly game of Frisbee, a yoga session under the open sky, or an evening movie screening, this adaptable space is primed to become the heart of social interactions within the neighborhood.

In addition to the synthetic lawn, the District has expanded the adjacent seating and picnic areas, ensuring that there will be plenty of space for residents to relax and socialize. The addition of pathway lighting not only enhances safety during evening strolls but also adds to the ambiance of the surrounding area, inviting residents to enjoy the space well into the evening.
